Site Service and Remote Support
We provide complete
support for hardware systems including servers, computers, tape
backup systems, CD-R/CD-RW, printers, network hardware, LAN cabling,
operating systems, and software.
We provide 24-hour, 7-day-a-week service including weekends and
holidays.
Using remote access tools, e-mail, and telephone support, we can
provide a certain level of support to our clients without the expense
of an on-site visit. Although not all issues can be resolved remotely,
it does provide a viable alternative for a faster, lower cost solution
to many problems.
Network Support
Local
Area Networks (LANs) are our specialty. We specialize in small to
medium size Microsoft Windows server-based networks with Windows/Linux/Unix
clients. We can also setup and support smaller peer-to-peer networks.
We
can build new LANs from the ground up, add on to existing networks,
or build a new LAN in parallel with your existing network and perform
a smooth transition.
